We’re located next to the Vilano Pier on the quiet island of Vilano Beach. Beaches on Vilano is the latest restaurant to hit St. Augustine with a mouth-watering menu. Our menu was inspired by the local residents of Vilano Beach; we offer fresh seafood, scrumptious chicken dishes, beach burgers that will melt in your mouth and much more!  At Beaches on Vilano we have indoor and outdoor seating all year round, family-friendly atmosphere and a sunset that will take your breath away. Stop by, grab a bite to eat and enjoy a walk along the water, or you can sit in one of our beach chairs and enjoy the beautiful view.

Meet the Chef

Kansas King began his professional cooking career working at a European-style restaurant in Myrtle Beach, S.C. at the age of 18.    In 2001, Kansas moved to St. Augustine where he has continued to explore culinary horizons attending the area’s culinary schools and working at some of the area’s most popular restaurants. In 2009,  Kansas’ tasty chowder won in the ever- popular St. Augustine Great Chowder Debate.

While not cooking up the tasty flavors served at Beaches Restaurant, Kansas can be found enjoying the area’s year-round climate fishing, boating and participating in various other water sports on our area’s beautiful waterways.
